License Information

Zenops IT is the seller and licensor of record for everything in this catalog. We either created the work ourselves or hold the rights to license it, and the license you receive is granted to you directly by Zenops IT, which operates Zenops Studio.

This means your agreement is with us. You do not need to seek permission from anyone else to use a resource within the terms of your license, and any question about your rights can be settled by contacting us.

Resources obtained under the Personal License may be used in personal projects, subject to the restrictions below. Some resources are offered at no cost under this license; others are paid.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, attribution is required. Attribution should clearly identify Zenops Studio as the original source and, where technically possible, include a link to https://zenops.studio. Failure to provide the required attribution may constitute a violation of the Personal License.

Resources purchased under the Commercial License include expanded usage rights and do not require attribution.

A Commercial License permits broader commercial usage, including client work, marketing materials, websites, applications, branding projects, social media campaigns, presentations, and other approved commercial uses, subject to the applicable license terms.

Each purchased license is granted to the purchaser and may not be transferred, shared, sublicensed, or redistributed except as expressly permitted.

Unless specifically prohibited by the applicable license, you may use Zenops Studio resources in websites and landing pages, mobile and desktop applications, UI/UX design projects, social media content, digital advertisements, marketing campaigns, presentations, printed promotional materials, client projects, educational materials, commercial branding, software interfaces, product packaging, video productions, and motion graphics.

Unless expressly permitted, you may not:

• Sell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the original files.
• Upload the original assets to marketplaces, stock websites, template libraries, or file-sharing platforms.
• Claim ownership or authorship of any Zenops Studio resource.
• Make the resource available as a standalone downloadable product.
• Include the resource in competing asset collections.
• Use the resource in any unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, or harmful manner.
• Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices where applicable.

Any rights not expressly granted remain reserved by Zenops Studio.

All intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, and ownership of the original resources remain the exclusive property ofZenops IT. A license grants permission to use the resource — it does not transfer ownership.

If your download requires attribution, an acceptable credit is: "Designed by Zenops Studio — https://zenops.studio". Where hyperlinks are not supported, a visible text credit identifying Zenops Studio is sufficient.

Product updates, bug fixes, revised files, and future improvements may be made available at the sole discretion of Zenops Studio. Availability of updates may depend on the license purchased and the product type.

All resources are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

Zenops IT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use any resource, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Users are responsible for ensuring that downloaded resources are suitable for their intended purpose and comply with applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights.

Zenops Studio reserves the right to modify or update its licensing terms, policies, and documentation at any time. The version of the license in effect at the time of download or purchase generally governs your use unless otherwise required by law.
