Terms of Service

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Purchases grant you a license to use the digital asset under the terms shown on its listing. Unless stated otherwise, assets may not be resold, redistributed, or sublicensed as-is. Licenses are personal to your account and are non-transferable.

Contributors warrant that they own or have the rights to every asset they upload and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. Contributors grant the Platform the rights necessary to host, display, and distribute their assets to buyers. Payouts are subject to the contributor terms and any holding periods described at checkout.

You may not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content; attempt to disrupt the Platform; scrape it without permission; or use it to violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to remove content and restrict access at our discretion.

Prices are shown at checkout and may be processed by third-party payment providers. You authorize us and our providers to charge your selected payment method for your purchases and applicable taxes.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenops IT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
