Because Zenops Studio sells digital assets that are delivered instantly and can be downloaded immediately, all sales are generally final. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so we review refund requests in the cases described below.
1. When you may be eligible for a refund
You may request a refund if:
- The asset is materially different from its description or preview.
- The files are corrupted or unusable and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
- You were charged more than once for the same order in error.
2. When refunds are not available
- You changed your mind after downloading the asset.
- You lack the software or skills required to use the asset (please check the listing details before purchasing).
- The request is made after the eligibility window below.
3. How to request a refund
Email info@zenopsit.com within 14 days of purchase with your order ID and a description of the issue. We may ask for details or screenshots to help us investigate.
4. Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your payment provider, typically 5–10 business days.
